Yes. saldia runs Nextcloud exclusively on a dedicated virtual machine as part of saldiaHosting — not on shared hosting. This guarantees dedicated resources, isolation and full performance. If you don't have a VM yet, we set it up together with Nextcloud.
Who handles installation, updates and backups?
saldia does. We install Nextcloud on your VM, keep it up to date, monitor operations and set up automated backups. You simply use your ready-made, maintained cloud environment.
Where is my data stored?
On your dedicated VM in a Swiss data centre. Your data never leaves Switzerland and is subject to Swiss data-protection law (FADP) — configured GDPR-compliant on request.
