Frequently asked questions
Can I transfer my existing Microsoft subscription to saldia?
In the vast majority of cases yes — via a CSP transfer, with no data loss and without needing to re-create the subscription. We'll check this for you free of charge in advance.
Does my Microsoft tenant stay mine?
Yes. You remain the owner of your Microsoft tenant and all its data. We act as a reseller and (on request) a delegated administrator — revocable at any time.
How fast is the setup?
New tenants are ready in 1–2 working days (domain, mailboxes, standard configuration). Migrations from Gmail or other systems take 1–7 days depending on data volume and run without disruption.
What does the service cost on top of the Microsoft subscription?
Initial configuration and migration are billed based on effort — usually as a fixed-price package. Ongoing support is either included in your chosen SLA or covered via an hourly contingent.
Where is my data stored?
Microsoft 365 business data is stored in European and — depending on plan/region — Swiss data centres (Microsoft Cloud Switzerland for Exchange, OneDrive and SharePoint). We help you with FADP and GDPR compliance including retention rules and audit logs.
Can I adjust licences monthly?
Yes. You receive a monthly Swiss invoice in CHF (incl. VAT), can cancel monthly or commit annually for a discount, and scale licences up or down at any time.
