Can I switch from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace without losing data?
Yes. We migrate mail, calendars, contacts and Drive content cleanly from Exchange / OneDrive into your new Workspace tenant. The switchover happens on the agreed date, your staff keep working without interruption.
Does my Workspace tenant stay mine?
Yes. You remain the owner of your Google Workspace tenant and all data. We act as a reseller and (on request) a delegated administrator — revocable at any time.
How fast is the setup?
New tenants are ready in 1–2 working days (domain, mailboxes, security). Migrations from Microsoft 365 or other sources take 1–7 days depending on data volume.
Where is my data stored?
Google Workspace business data sits in Google's global cloud infrastructure, with optional data residency in the EU on Business Plus and Enterprise (storage and/or processing).
What does the service cost on top of the Workspace subscription?
Initial configuration and migration are billed based on effort — usually as a fixed-price package. Ongoing support is included in your chosen SLA or covered via an hourly contingent.
Can I adjust licences monthly?
Yes. You receive a monthly Swiss invoice in CHF (incl. VAT), can cancel monthly or commit annually for a discount, and scale licences up or down at any time.
