Fabienne has owned the flower shop in Münchenbuchsee since 2019. Like many businesses, her online journey with saldia began during the pandemic. When she was forced to close her physical store, she needed a solution — and she needed it fast.
Solution
Customers started ordering flowers from Fabienne by phone. It quickly became clear that most of them wanted to pay immediately, rather than receive an invoice. The next step was creating a saldia online shop. This not only allowed her to showcase her full range of products, but also gave new customers a way to discover the flower shop and browse what's on offer. The online shop has been growing ever since. All orders are personally delivered by Fabienne's team.
